Replacing and cleaning the dust

lter

We recommend cleaning the dust lter after every 300 hours

of use, clean it more often if the projector is used in a dusty

environment.

When you see this message, please nd following steps for

cleaning procedure:

If dust builds up

on the lter is

not cleaned, the

projector will over-

heat and cause

problems with

the operation and

shorten the life of

the product.

Cleaning the Dust Filter Procedure:

1. Switch off the power to the projector by pressing the “ ” button.

2. Disconnect the power cord.

3. Unscrew the one screw on the cable cover. 1

4. Lift up and remove the cable cover. 2

5. Push the latch by the arrow direction. 3

6. Remove the dust lter slowly and carefully. 4

7. Clean or replace the dust lter. 5

To install the dust lter, reverse the previous steps.

8. Turn on the projector and use “Reset Dust Filter” after the dust lter is

replaced.

Filter Reset: (i) Press “Menu”  (ii) Select “OPTIONS”  (iii) Select

“Reset Dust Filter”



(iv) Select “Yes”.
